Need your numbers sooner? This moves you to a weekly bookkeeping cycle so your P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement (plus A/R and A/P aging where applicable) land by the 10th instead of the 15th. Good fit if you're working with lenders, doing regular internal planning, or just don't like waiting.

If getting your reports a little later works fine for you, this one's easy money back in your pocket. Same bookkeeping, same unlimited support, reports land by the 25th instead of the 15th. First month is fully refunded, and $50 comes off every month after that.

Job Costing
$150/month (requires QuickBooks Online Plus)
Know which jobs are actually making you money.
We set up and maintain job costing inside QBO Plus, tracking income, expenses, labor, and materials by job. You'll get simple reports that show what's profitable and where costs are creeping up. Great fit if you're in construction, trades, or any project-based business.
1099 Filing Service
$50 base fee + $25 per 1099 filed (billed yearly)
Year-end vendor reporting, handled for you.
We start reviewing vendor info and gathering documentation in December, then prepare and file your 1099s electronically ahead of the deadline. You're only billed once forms are filed. Example: 6 forms = $200 total.
Accounts Receivable Management

Improve cash flow and stay on top of customer payments with confidence.
We handle invoice creation and delivery, payment tracking and deposit reconciliation, aging balance monitoring, automated reminders for upcoming and overdue invoices, and tracking of deposits, retainers, and prepayments. You'll get a Monthly A/R Summary Report showing what's owed and how collections are trending.
Accounts Payable Management

Stay on top of your bills and keep cash flowing with confidence.
We organize vendor invoices, code expenses, set up a simple approval workflow, and schedule payments so nothing slips past a due date. Includes digital bill processing, vendor balance tracking, and a Monthly A/P Summary Report covering outstanding bills, upcoming payments, and spending trends.
